Emily Leary is a comms consultant and blogger.
With over a decade of experience in PR and digital marketing, Emily’s experience in designing and implementing effective communications campaigns spans both corporate and consumer facing clients, including BT, Oval, Prima Poker and the Post Office.
In her role as Head of Digital at Lava, Emily is busy growing the social media and digital offering of this multi-award winning integrated communications agency.
Prior to joining Lava, Emily was Senior Digital Content Manager at BT.com, developing out its consumer social media marketing strategy, including launching and growing the BT blog and building the strategy and practices that now run through the heart of the BT consumer social media marketing team.
Emily is also co-founder of #CommsChat – a weekly Twitter chat for communications professionals that has grown to become the biggest of its kind in Europe and now runs under the steer of the well respected Communicate Magazine.
